Q: What is the cost?

A: Our services and prices depend on the parameters of the specific job. The details and description of the job will help us provide accurate quotes to our services, as well as location of the job and materials.

Q: What are your service locations?

A: Leak Locators is a niche service. There are not many companies who have the equipment, experience, and knowledge that we do. We are willing to travel where you need us. Our services are residential, commercial, & municipal, and we cover all of North Carolina, and we have helped many in South Carolina and Virginia.

Q: How do I know if I have a leak?

A: Look for a spike in your water bill; seeing damp areas on concrete slabs; water surfacing on the ground; and/or noticing water levels dropping in pools, spas, or fountains. If you see any of these signs, call Leak Locators immediately - you are losing money and the damages are a domino effect!

Q: How do I pay?

A: Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted and receipts are always provided.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Call our office. If you don't speak to someone directly, we will respond to you in a prompt manner. You may also submit your request via our contact page.
